According to the report, WhatsApp may allow users to set a 90-day time limit for messages to disappear over the next few days.
Now, for those who don’t know, WhatsApp introduced the disappearing messages feature in November 2020 to join rivals like Telegram and Signal. You cannot change the auto-delete interval yet.
However, reliable WhatsApp informant WABetaInfo reported that WhatsApp may add a new 24-hour option for the temporary messaging feature earlier this year.
