Tata Neu Super App Introduced to Let You Recharge, Shop, and Order Food

Tata Digital has launched the Tata Neu super app, which aims to meet the financial, shopping, and food (among other things) needs of Indian netizens. The software was unveiled during yesterday’s IPL match between the Lucknow Super Giants and the Delhi Capitals, and it is now available for Android and iOS users. Continue reading to learn everything there is to know about this app.

Tata Neu App Launched

The Tata Neu app allows you to shop from a variety of Tata brands without having to download separate applications. Tata Cliq and Westside sell apparel and accessories, Croma sells electronics, while Big Basket sells food. You’ll also be able to book Air Asia flights, get 1mg drugs, book a hotel stay at IHCL Hotel, and Qmin will deliver cuisine from a 5-star hotel.

However, the app also functions as a payment gateway. You can use Tata Neu UPI to send money to friends, relatives, or any seller. The National Payments Corporation of India has given its approval to this feature, which is currently being tested in partnership with ICICI Bank (NPCI). There’s also a QR code scanning feature, as well as the ability to pay bills, similar to other UPI apps in India.

The Tata Neu app can also be used to make payments at Tata brands’ online and physical locations. Loans, insurance, digital gold, the capacity to obtain credit cards, and other financial services are available. The opportunity to check your credit score, similar to Paytm, will be available soon.

Another intriguing feature of the software is the NeuCoins incentive system. NeuCoins are earned every time you make a payment and can be redeemed. You will receive Re 1 for every NeuCoin you earn, and there is no limit to how many you can earn or use in the app.

There’s also NeuPass, which allows you to subscribe to the app for exclusive Tata brand privileges, a 5% increase in NeuCoins, and a slew of other perks. The Tata Neu app also has a Stories area, which functions as a digital magazine with articles and videos on a variety of topics such as technology, lifestyle, and more.

The new Tata Neu app has entered a market now dominated by Paytm, which aims to provide consumers with comparable features. It will be interesting to watch how well this software is welcomed. It currently has over a million downloads on Google Play store, indicating that it is on the right track. Will you be downloading the new Tata Neu app?
