OnePlus 10R with 150W Fast Charging, Dimensity 8100-Max Launches in India

OnePlus officially released the 9R successor, the OnePlus 10R, in India at its “More Power to You” event, alongside the OnePlus Nord Buds, after a lot of hoopla. While this phone is a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 3, it is also the OnePlus Ace (which was recently announced in China). It has a new design, as well as intriguing features like 150W quick charging. Here’s a rundown of all the specifics.

OnePlus 10R: Specs and Features

The OnePlus 10R borrows the look of the GT Neo 3 but adds its own touches in order to stand out. While three back cameras are arranged in a triangle with flat corners, the layout is slightly different. The OnePlus 10R also sports a dual-textured rear panel, as opposed to the race track-inspired stripes on the GT Neo 3. A punch-hole screen is included in the front part, as is customary, but it is located in the centre. The back panel is also smudge and fingerprint resistant.

HDR10+ and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate are supported by the 6.7-inch Full HD+ Fluid AMOLED display. There’s a custom MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset under the hood, which differs from the original Dimensity 8100 SoC in a few ways. OnePlus has previously released smartphones with its own customised version of a chipset, like as the OnePlus Nord 2.

The camera features a 50MP main camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera, all of which are similar to the OnePlus Ace and even the GT Neo 3. A 16MP selfie camera with EIS is located on the front. Nightscape mode 2.0, Image Clarity Engine (ICE), UltraShot HDR, Smart Scene Recognition, and other features are included in the phone.

The battery division is a fascinating one. The OnePlus 10R (Endurance Edition) boasts a 4,500mAh battery with 150W SuperVOOC rapid charging, which is a first for a OnePlus phone. In just 3 minutes, it can reach a 30 percent charge. The phone also comes in a 5,000mAh version that enables 80W fast charging, similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro. OxygenOS 12.1 is installed, which is based on Android 12.

The OnePlus 10R includes features such as 5G, Hyperboost Gaming Engine, an in-display fingerprint scanner, Face Unlock, dual stereo speakers, NFC, and more.
